YY lash extensions are becoming increasingly popular in the lash industry and we know why! These lashes are applied exactly like classic lashes giving a fluffy hybrid/ light volume look in a fraction of the time. Each lash is made up of 4 strands, the long flat base fans into two halves creating two “Y” shapes.
The flat base of these lashes makes it extremely easy to attach to the natural lash , and also gives increased retention. As these lashes are applied in the same way as classic lashes are , no volume training is required.
When using YY lashes, we recommend to grab the lash using your lash tweezer in the middle of the extension, before the base splits into the YY shape. This way the lash will not split and you can then easily apply the lash extension to the natural lash with ease.
